Tahurangi Lodge has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxed stay on the mountain. Pull up right outside, unload your gear, and settle in — the hard part is already behind you.

Accommodation

• 4 private guest rooms — a cosy, sociable size.
• 16 single bunk beds with individual reading lights.
• Comfortable inner-sprung mattresses.
• Blankets and pillows provided — just bring a linen and a sleeping bag.
• Heaters in every room to keep the mountain chill at bay.

• Open-plan living and dining room — perfect for gathering after a day on the slopes.
• Wood-burning fireplace for those cold après-ski evenings.
• TV with Chromecast for streaming your own content.

Kitchen

• Large, well-equipped communal kitchen with everything you need to cook a proper meal.
• 3 fridges with freezer space — stock up in Ohakune or National Park on your way through.

Tahurangi Ski Clublodge is located at Iwikau Village on the Whakapapa ski area, Mt Ruapehu. We are the uppermost lodge inside the loop road — park outside the front door. No midnight climbs. It doesn't get any easier.

Note that the access road barrier is not manned 24/7. In adverse weather the road may be closed from 6PM. Plan your travel accordingly.
